Personal Data Protection Code – Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
We should like to inform you – pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no.196 (Unified Privacy Code)- that the processing of data regarding you will be performed in compliance with principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy, solely for the purposes deriving from your relations with this company . We also inform you that we have taken appropriate security measures.
The processing of personal data is taken to means any operation or group of operations, performed with or without the assistance of electronic or automised equipment, related to gathering, recording, organising, storing, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing , using, inter-relating, blocking, communicating, distributing, cancelling or destroying the data.
Your personal data will be processed by specially appointed persons using computerised equipment for the purposes related to your relationship with this company as regulated by current law.
Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties and will not be distributed except where specifically required by law.
Provision of the personal data requested is obligatory for company purposes while your consent to its processing for statistics, market surveys, studies and research, trade promotions, advertising and purchase offers is optional .
Permission to communicate your personal data to third parties for similar purposes is also optional.
After processing, the data will be stored in the company archive in compliance with the aforementioned decree.

You are entitled to exercise the rights provided for by Title II of the aforementioned decree.
