Actis Furio began business in 1950 in the northern area of Milan
Production expanded in the new facility in Cornaredo in the province of Milan. New product stockage areas and specific office space: sales, Italy and abroad, development and research, technical office and quality.
Actis Furio maintains its position as a leading metal perforator in Europe through an ongoing CNC machinery and equipment investment programme. New technologies and new presses for special perforations make it possible to drill very thin thicknesses from 0.4 mm up to the highest 15/20 mm. The materials used are mainly stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass and copper.
Following a path of continuous quality improvement, UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 Certification was obtained and from that date all processes are kept under control in order to ensure service and product quality.
New presses purchased for very special perforations on high-strength steels and large thicknesses.
Extension work completed on the production site, which houses new machinery and has made possible a major increase in material storage. The certificate was subsequently renewed in accordance with the new Uni En ISO 9001:2008 standard.
